Competition Structure
(Updated as of 30th March 2022)
- Initial Video Submission Round for all categories, feedback will be given and Finalists will be announced.
- Please ensure that your routine is a minimum of 2 minutes, and a maximum of 4 minutes.
- Entries are open to international applicants.
- You can enter as many categories as you'd like. Application fee is £40 per category entered. This fee is to process your application only and doesn't include pictures or videos from the event which are available to purchase after the event.
- Download the application form and email the completed form at admin@ultimatepolechampionship.com to reserve a place in the category.
- You can submit your application form to reserve a spot and do not need to submit a video until the video submission deadline. (Refer to application deadlines below).
- Remember that we are looking for personality and presence in your performance, not the biggest tricks.

- Please read all levels and categories, if you are unsure of what level you should enter, please email us.
- Please note that all application fees are non-refundable even if you don't submit a video entry or can no longer compete in the finals.
- The minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
Finalists Information:
* Information to be confirmed and will be sent out to finalists nearer the date*
- Pole: There will be 1 static & 1 spinning standard 45mm poles each, height and dimensions of poles and stage tbc
- Hoop: A single point 100cm hoop will be rigged on the day, usable strop length to truss tbc
- Mats will be provided but optional. Marks will not be deducted for the use of a mat by any participant.
- Please ensure you only perform moves you are competent and confident to execute.
- If at any time during your performance you do not feel safe, you are free to stop the activity.
- Music choice will be first come, first served. Please email us with your music choices once finalists have been announced.
- Organisers reserve the right to disqualify any participant they believe to be acting in an unprofessional manner.
